It’s all about borsch!
Borsch is our specialty and our passion. We have been cooking it for years. Our recipe is beet-forward, lean, vegan borsch (ours is “cut”, as opposed to “shredded”). Using the freshest ingredients and a meaningful combination of traditional and modern cooking techniques (and sharp knives), we achieve a modern, clean, and uncompromisingly authentic taste of Ukrainian cuisine.
