We have been cooking it for years. Our recipe is <strong>beet-forward, lean, vegan borsch<\/strong> (ours is &#8220;cut&#8221;, as opposed to \u201cshredded\u201d). Using the freshest ingredients and a meaningful combination of traditional and modern cooking techniques (and sharp knives), we achieve a modern, clean, and uncompromisingly authentic taste of Ukrainian cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>Our borsch has a complex, balanced taste that people find incredibly satisfying. Once you try it, you\u2019ll never want restaurant borsch again!<\/p>\n<p>Our mission is to deliver the highest quality, most delicious borsch to the people of Toronto.
